Yash Chopra can fool all the people all of the time………….

I grew suspicious when I watched Dhoom-2 but finally my fear has been vindicated by Ta ra rum pum. What a pathetic performance by each of these actors! And yet look at the crowd enjoying Rani’s gyrations and Saif’s somnolence. Pooor chap Victor Banerjee. Will anyone tell what the hell he was doing in the film? Mighty banal commercial bollywood cinema – it can cripple one and all, make stars out of thin air and can even reduce shining actors to a non entity.
Ta ra rum pum was not the first time I have felt so wretched. It was Dhoom 2 which made my heart a waterloo for Yash Chopra. Great location, beautiful scenes, nice actions, sexy sartorial assemblage – but hey… didn’t acting go for a toss?
Comments are welcome…………………………..

Its really bad… the same old concept….he thinks he can keep fooling people with a cute hero., some cute kids…a busty actress abit of drama, few songs…scenic locales and no story….again and again …with or without sharukh khan!

Great job Abhishek – u know the problem is not only about story and script – I am ready to forgive them on these counts. The problem is on the acting front.
Yes Ranjan – When I watch them in the film, whether they may be joking around or in a serious scene- when I compare their performance n acting abilities with even a Bgrade hollywood actor they seem to be way far behind. Most of our mainstream actors’ have juvenility in plenty in their acting skills n the worst part is that they seem to be so happy with it – all bcoz of hysteric public adulation n people like Chopra who dnt think twice before branding them as hot stars……….
What a waste – for these films n these people seem to eat away great films like Bheja Fry n others.

u r right that the movie was a real time pass
but do we watch a movie just to get sm sense or social msg out of it or there is sm fun in passing time also, relaxing and loosening ur senses…….

Dear Ujjawal you are absolutely right. Infact this is the point I want to put forth. What I wanted to say is that these big brand movies tend to eat gud time pass movies like Bheja Fry where one can see top notch comedy backed by great script and fabulous acting – a complete timepass!!!!
